How long do I have to proceed with the return?

 

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day of receipt of the package.

 

Remember that in order to make the return, the products must be sent intact, undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

I have returned an item and would like a refund. How will it be done and in what times?

 

The refund will be credited to you within 30 days of receiving the order in our warehouse.

To view the credit on your current account, ask your bank for information.

 

I have received my order and one of the items does not match the one I ordered

 

If there has been an error in preparation, we invite you to promptly notify our Customer Service by writing directly to servizioclienti@kingicosmetics.com.

 

We ask you to specify the order number, the desired product, the product actually received and attach a photo if possible.

I want to return one or more products from my order. How can I do?

 

If you have changed your mind about the product or it is not what you expected, you can proceed with the return by returning one or more products to our central warehouse by courier within 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day of receipt of the package. Send a request to Customer Service by writing an e-mail directly to servizioclienti@kingicosmetics.com. Customer Service will contact you to agree on the place and time for collection by courier.

When you prepare your package for return, also insert a copy of the Return Form inside the package.

The return shipping cost will always be at our expense.

Upon receipt of the order, a product was broken or defective

 

We at KingiCosmetics are constantly striving to offer safe and qualitatively perfect products. However, it may happen that some pieces present some anomaly. If the product you received has defects, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service by writing directly to servizioclienti@kingicosmetics.com. We remind you to specify the item code found on the order confirmation, the type of defect detected and attach a photo showing the problem if possible.

Conditions for the replacement of products on kingicosmetics.com

 

For all purchases made online on the kingicosmetics.com website, it is possible to return the product by following the procedure specified above and request a refund only if the following conditions are met:

 

    Purchase made in the previous 14 (fourteen) working days

    Product in original packaging

    Product not used

    Only upon presentation of the invoice printout or order confirmation

 

Incomplete, unpacked or damaged items will not be accepted as returns or replaced.

If you have used an online promotion, a coupon code or a loyalty check, you will lose the right to use the discount again.
