About Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. it is necessary to register in a few simple clicks before proceeding with the purchase of products. During registration, you are asked for your name, surname, email address and a password which you can later change at any time. Subscribing to the Newsletter allows you to receive fantastic promotions and freebies!

Within your account you can enter your personal data, the shipping address and the billing address, possibly also filling in the fields company, VAT number and tax code if you are professionals in the sector.

All the pages where you enter your data are protected by an SSL certificate, which is a cryptographic method by which the information is transmitted over the Internet codified so that no one can intercept it before it reaches the recipient. The encrypted pages are called through the HTTPS protocol and recognizable by the symbol of a padlock or a key displayed in certain points of your internet browser.

 

Prices and Availability

 

All sales prices of the products displayed on the www.kingicosmetics.com site are inclusive of VAT. Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.

Any price changes that may occur between the time the Order is sent by the Customer and its relative confirmation will not be effective.

Given the large quantity of products on the website and the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users, the availability shown may not correspond to the actual stock in the warehouse. For this reason Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and in the event that it refers to items that are temporarily unavailable, it will promptly inform the customer of the waiting times for the shipment and/or for a possible refund.

 

How to buy

 

Buy on Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. it's very simple! Simply browse through the existing product categories and select the one you want to buy. Inside the product sheet you can consult the product details, the images, any characteristics and technical data sheets and add the product to the cart by clicking on the appropriate button.

Products can be added and removed from the cart at any time before completing the order.

To continue with the purchase from the summary page of your cart, follow the instructions by filling in the fields with the requested data. You will be asked to choose the method of payment and any shipping costs will be indicated. In case of payment by credit card you will be automatically redirected to a secure payment platform. By clicking on "Confirm Order" your purchase is considered concluded and will be taken over by our Team.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. by sending an email copy of the order itself, to the email address communicated by the customer.

This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

 

Terms of payment

Shipment

Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. accepts and ships orders only in the Italian territory.

 

The goods ordered, when requested by customers for home delivery, will be delivered to them by express courier.

Taking charge and fulfilling the order takes a maximum of 3 working days from the moment of receipt of the payment, except for any different times declared on the page of the ordered product.

The courier undertakes to deliver within 24/72 hours, except in disadvantaged areas.

You can check the progress of your orders at any time in your account, from the "Order History and Details" menu.

In the event that the order refers to items temporarily unavailable on the site and/or in the warehouse, the customer will be promptly informed of the waiting times for the shipment.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased goods. The customer must notify Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. the will to exercise this right.

 

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event of a lack of the original packaging and all the elements accompanying it.

 

The products must be packed carefully and in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with all possible accessories and the purchase receipt or invoice in order to allow Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. to identify the customer.

 

The right of withdrawal can also be exercised on a single product, in the case of purchase of 2 or more products.

 

If you have made a purchase on our site and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow this procedure:

 

1. Send an email to servizioclienti@kingicosmetics.com indicating the will to exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. Once the email has been received by Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. relating to the communication of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the Customer will be contacted by email or by telephone to confirm the possible shipment of the package.
3. The goods must be packed carefully and in the original packing to avoid damage during shipping. The customer is required to take care of the transport costs and has the responsibility of the product during the shipment. In case of loss, theft or other, Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. reserves the right to charge for any damages suffered or not to complete the return procedure.
4. Upon arrival of the package Elle Kappa S.r.l.s. will check the integrity of the goods and will refund all payments received from the consumer no later than 14 days from the day on which he received the products subject to the request for withdrawal. This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise established.
