Collection: Home page Masks

Face masks are skin care products that are used to moisturize, nourish, purify, or exfoliate the skin. There are different types of face masks, each of which is specifically formulated to meet the different needs of the skin.

Some of the more common face masks are:

  • Moisturizing masks: are formulated to provide hydration to dry or dehydrated skin. They may contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid, collagen or shea butter to help retain water in the skin.

  • Nourishing masks: they are formulated to nourish the skin and restore its elasticity and luminosity. They may contain ingredients such as essential oils, vitamins or fruit or herbal extracts.

  • Purifying masks: are formulated to remove impurities and blackheads from the skin. They may contain ingredients such as clay, activated charcoal or herbal extracts such as sage or tea tree.

  • Exfoliating masks: they are formulated to remove dead skin cells and stimulate cell regeneration. They may contain ingredients such as fruit acids, enzymes or microgranules.

Face masks come in different forms, such as creams, gels, muds, or serum-soaked tissue sheets, and are applied to the skin for a specific amount of time before being removed. They are generally used as an intensive skin care treatment and can be used once or twice a week, depending on the type of mask and skin needs.
